26650 Dripper Claro Walnut. I cut this tree 20 plus years ago, and thought all of the wood was lost.
My father had rescued a pickup load prior to someone who is not very bright selling the rest of this massive tree as firewood.
It has been tucked in a back building ever since.

I have been enjoying my mod ever since I grabbed it out of the mail box today. It works GREAT and it is just sooooo pretty!!! Thank you for making such a lovely mod for me!!

If the finish starts to dull, wax and rub with a polishing cloth like a shamwow or similar
I use Minwax paste finishing wax. A tin should last literally forever.

I had some pieces someone messed up the cutting on.
Will make into a 18350 dripper when I finish the backlog.

Another really strange piece of wood. It has fiddleback, a couple of birdseyes.
Just a bunch of High Desert Madness.
