Will 901 carts fit on the 510?

Yes, if you get the adapters.

No if you don't, the threads don't match, even though they are the same size and voltage.
They preform very nicely with the adapters though. I bought one each of the adapters, so I'm rocking a 510, 801, and a 901 all on 510 batt/pass.
901 is more true on the flavor, the 801 has a killer throat hit, (and is great for dripping.)

at first I was thinking he was talking about the atty,,, but the carts them self are interchangeable
Oh, I get it. Yes, the carts are interchangeable. I just got the adapters and one each of the attys.
I only have the one that came as a dummy in the atty, but I'm rather liking the cart. Only one vapor passage, but it seems to wick better than the 510 carts I've been playing with, and holds a bit more juice.

Actually I think they hold less than the 510 cart. I have used 901 carts on a 510 without an issue, although the connecting/inserting part is haped in a half-circle, rather than a box-oval. Over time the hotter 510 atty may melt some of the 901 cart plastic. So fitting together and vaping ok, do not mean 100% compatible. So periodically look at the cart plastic. If it is getting melted away, that plastic is going only one direction: into you. But this is not at all always a problem.
I've had more problems with the 510 carts melting than the 901 carts. I switched over to the 901s about a month ago and haven't had one melt at all. In the 2 months I used the 510s it seemed that almost every cart would melt just slightly.
