I don't want to wash my hands of the shipping issue, but I do want to remind you guys that that's a business matter, and I'm on the product side. It's not that it's out of my hands and I have no say, but I don't make the final decisions in business matters and I am comfortable with that because I'm not a business guy.

That said, I am all in favor of lowering shipping costs, and just haven't really discussed it yet. And I hate to procrastinate, but we're all really busy right now getting ready for a big order to keep up with your demand and get ready for the Chinese New Year's annual e-cig drought. And bring you some more new products and options! So I can't promise to get to it soon. But it is on my radar, and I plan to discuss it with the others as soon as I can.

And the flat rate shipping boxes sound like a good idea, and I'll be sure to remember that, and where it came from. ;)

All my power units have 510 threads. I have already figured that an 510 to 808 adopter is necessary,,,but..
Nowhere on the site did I find a thread type for the units or mah rating on the batteries sold. Maybe it's me
but I couldn't find any info there.......I have every adapter made but for someone newish this info should be
available and adapters for folks who want to try the cartos out.. Wish you well, consumer wise the community
seems pleased with the new cartos.

Thanks, George! We're going to redesign our website to give us more space for things like technical details, but that'll take a while. And Dave is correct, 220 and 320mAh. :thumb:

Could you make the Shopping Cart remember your entries and not empty when you clear your cache? I like to use it as a wishlist sometimes. Or create a wishlist!

I have wanted this from the beginning.... I remember our IT manager was against it...I am going to check and see why...It may be beyond our shopping cart limitations at the moment...but i will look into this!!

It is likely a shopping cart limitation, but it's something that's certainly worth looking in to since it would help the overall customer experience and increase sales.

We have decided to hold off on the recurring subscription...as it tends to have a negative stigma with internet sales...we may revisit it after vape-fest this spring though.....will keep you posted!

There's a huge difference between a recurring subscription (which I would not consider) and a favorites order. With a favorites option, I could just log on and press a button to make my most common order, but I remain in control of when and if I receive my order. My favorites would simply be something that I set up for quick ordering. I choose what goes in it and I choose when to order. It's just a convenience thing and all it does is move the items I previously set up (either manually or from a previous order I chose to put in my favorites) and pushes it through the shopping cart (similar to Amazon's one touch ordering).

It basically just saves me from searching through all the products to find what I need over and over again.
