I hate the out of stock items but it's better than sitting on a bunch and not selling I guess.. Free shipping will probably stay at $75+ for now but we are working on getting actual weights on our products so eventually shipping will go to actual cost which may be cheaper than 2.99 depending on the weight.
We're also adding fedex and ups into the shipping options for those that don't like usps.. We've been testing fedex international and our average delivery time has dropped from 3 weeks to under 5 days. But some rural places have a $25 surcharge so we can't use it for everything international yet.

Yeah - $2.99 shipping doesn't bother me at all. Some places it's 4.95 or more if you just order one thing. His prices are so low on most items...................
Honestly the $2.99 shipping was the straw that made me go with madvapes on my very first kit almost a year ago. It's also one reason I order from them so often. 3 bucks is nothing, considering gas prices, it's cheaper than driving. 
I agree. $2.99 is pretty cheap compared to most. I look at it this way. Sometimes I order more then what the 2.99 shipping would cover and sometimes less. It evens out. Better then $5 for ever order
