And it may take them a couple of years as well.

But knowing HC, they will drag it out till the bitter end. Hopefull they won't drag it out to long. Here hoping.

They normally follow suit, but they may not... The news I am following of late is the battle in the UK, which falls under the direct auspices of the WHO, through the European Union.
