thanks for the idea thats awesome didnt think of that, surely that would have no impact on your lungs at all as your not inhaling it? please reply would like ur feedback :)

If there is no inhaling, there is nothing going into the lungs. It has been said many times all over this forum that the nic is being absorbed through the mucus membranes more than anything else. You are still getting the nic without any possible harm to the lungs. :)

Richmond, Va...Right in Altria's back yard.
Almost 3 months with zero analogs this time around and I just started jogging and walking....Im doing 1/2 a mile by walking for 4 minutes and then running for one-two minutes and then walking again.

I inhale into my lungs with PV's just like cigarettes and Ive noticed an improvement in lung function across the board. Not only have I been able to beat my son holding my breath (@ a minute and a half) but Im also able to jog down the block without wheezing my lungs out.

I have noticed that jogging is making me cough up more phlegm than usual but IMO thats a good thing.

I will keep you updated as Im planning on running a 10k in April as well as doing Tough Mudder.

I don't run but I do power-walks / speed-walks 4-5 times per week. I've charted my times on a 5k route over the last 3 years.
2 weeks after switching to ecigs from real cigs I shattered my all time personal best.
Over the next month my typical times are what used to be my all time bests.

This is the kind of good quasi-scientific info I like to hear.

Excellent job on the logging and very encouraging information. Maybe others will be inspired by the increase in stamina and physical abilities and those non-members who stumble upon this thread while considering e-cigs might be inspired.

Damn, I love good information.
