I have used Kanthal A1, Nichrome, Sweet Spot Ti wire, and SS316l. Generally like to work with wire in the 24 gauge neighborhood. 2.5mm to 3mm coils. Made my first clapton coil last night.

Hard to say without having used one yet, but additional color options would be nice.

I've mainly been using twisted kanthal and single strand 316L stainless steel. I'm still experimenting with some Clapton wire I picked up.

I use 28g and build single micro coils at about 1.2 ohms.
