Got a few hours, then sat straight up in pain. Just one little thumb sized area between (R) Shoulder Blade and Spine, but it causes several secondary actions.
Not as bad this morning and hopefully will be even better by tomorrow. Getting to be a regular routine

Mail is here now and he is still now warmed from last trek down there

Yep, a bit nippy(COLD!!!!!) but the fireplace crackling is nice

I've been through Atlanta when everything was White and the Roads were Frozen - Major Storm - probably before you were born

We even had the fireplace going earlier, but no snow. I'm on the southern-most east coast of GA. I've seen snow fall barely here but it always melted before it hit the ground. Boxed snow would be nice, lol.

When I have ailments I always do some fiery chili ( gr beef, tomato, and beans) and seems to either move or burn out whatever it was. Texas red isn't hot and no tomato or beans, uses cubed beef and pork,thickened with masa. I add my heat later when it is in the bowl as hubby likes his mild

you have to use metal spoons to stir mine it will burn up a wooden one or melt a plastic one.
