I agree with Shawn on the little eVic VTCs. TC on them works quite well. Those are what my family got for Christmas and no complaints from any of them

Tis funny. He is a really good cook but messes everything in the kitchen by the time he has finished. He will also fuss and whine like a kid when I mention it. Then I tell him he is fat, lazy and needs to get a job and when I bake the cake, he is to leave it the alone.

The he tells me I am fat, lazy and need to get a job and either says he will do the cake or that he didn't want any anyway

Mrmrmmmm cake, made a good carrot cake last week with pineapple and pecans and homemade aged cream cheese frosting. The larder is a a bit more limited until Thursday but we knocked out something quick and tasty last night after scavenging the pantry:
Cinnamon toast crunch treats...i.e Rice Crispy treats with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, served with a bit of dulce de leche on top. Oh the sugar rush.
I advocate making him make the cake, and you making awesome frosting.

Carrot cake is my hubby's favorite cake

My larder is rather packed as I keep it stocked until spring thaw. Sweets aren't anything I get too excited over as a general rule. I can make a cake or something and by the time I decide I want some, the guys have sucked it all in.
