Actually I'm trying to time it so that when the furnace kicks on,in the shower I go.
Kinda the same as your idea....

and yet another reason I am obsessing over this bathroom remodel. Currently the shower I won't use is in an alcove with no door so as soon as the water is turned off, this blast of cold air rushes in. Neeeeeed a door to trap the warm and need a tub to help with some of the stiffness in my joints.

When and where are you gonna go?

Exact date is not set. The only set locations are the Kern river valley and then north towards Modesto. I need to come get my mothers belongings and see family. Since I haven't been home in years I plan on seeing as many people as possible during the 2 weeks I'm there

I've been cooped up in the house all day. Waiting for my husband to get home from work so late supper for me! It must've been nice to get out and about today.

It was a Very special treat for me. I am usually cooped up in house with mom unless it is to go pay bills, get groceries or take her to Dr. First time in over a year I had me time.

I can relate. Mom doesn't live with me but moved about 5 miles away. She doesn't drive or do own groceries or even go to her mailbox if she can get out of it.

We may have to meet somewhere for lunch, Kern river valley east of Bakersfield right? We're North and west of there, if you are headed for Modesto from there you will have to pass close to us.
