I did not ask them that, but other people have reported the same thing. I did contact them, after contacting USPS who couldn't tell me anything about where my package was. In fact my Postmaster even called San Diego, couldn't get anyone on the phone, and never got a return call. Nice huh? Naturally VB told me tough luck, gotta wait till it's been 3 weeks before we can do anything. Which wouldn't tick me off so bad other than the fact that other people I have talked to with the exact same issue on the exact same deal I took advantage of were given replacement shipments. I'm having decaf DD this morning, off work today and haven't slept yet.
I used to hate decaf, until I had to drink it due to a heart condition. But I still keep some around for mornings like this.

Well I heard from Nancy at Movkin, she wants me to send a video of it not working. that should be easy enough.
fivefour, I gave up sodas and caffeinated tea for the same reason but just couldn't give up coffee to go to decaf. My cardiologist said that was fine as long as it's limited to no more than 2 cups a day so I adhere to that.I'm having decaf DD this morning, off work today and haven't slept yet.

Duncan Donuts decaf is not bad, I try to keep a box of kcups around for the keurig. It's great for after dinner or anytime you don't want the extra caffeine.
I remember thinking I would never be one of those people who use a keurig, after owning one for four years I wouldn't do without it. I think 50¢ for a decent cup of coffee is okay. Not very economical if you drink a lot of coffee but I don't.
Movekin has been very nice about my Luggy dying on me. I sent a short vid to Nancy at Movkin, she watched it and said she will send me a new one. Not sure how long it will take to get here but I'm very happy with their service.
Wait.......Wait....Wait.....and when the New one gets here - Gut the old one.

Mine died too. Charged it up and it is stuck on the full battery screen
No word from Nancy yet, but hasn't even been 24 hrs since I emailed. Worries me that they've removed the luggy from their website though - Status
