wireless charging mod ?

I'm going to build my first box mod and I'm going all out lol . speak up if im going in the wrong direction.
Parts list:
mico USB lithium ion battery charger 5v 1000ma
Galaxy s3 qi receiver patch 5v 500ma
3.7v 2000mah18650 protected battery
Momentary switch
510 head off a old ego battery
The +- of the qi patch will be soldered to the +- pins of the mico USB female my question is will 500 ma charge a 18650 ? Is there a cheap small circuit to make this vv or vw ?
