I use to smoke 20-30 cigs per dy. since I started vaping at 24mg nic on egos and a protank. now im down to 15 on a kayfun and plan to drop to 10-12 with this lemo on the way!

18 - 24.... if it feels like too much, either dilute it with a 0 nic of the same flavor or vape less per session...
