LOL, That's two of us man, but I've been working on it!

There's just too much good food and sadly, my wife knows how to prepare it.

I've been working on it too. I've been trying to get out and walk at least an hour everyday with my dog. He sure don't mind. My wife is a good cook also. I bet I'll gain a pound this Thursday but that's one day that I don't mind in the least. I'll just have to work even a little harder afterward.

You know, having worked over much of the world, I've eaten some bizarre things and found most of them to be palatable at least. But I can't even put liver near my mouth or I'm going to be seriously sick!!!

There are some exceptions, I've eaten pate' made by the French (goose liver and others) that I was able to eat, but I think they had it so spiced that I couldn't taste the actual liver.

But not straight liver. No, no, no, no. Huh-uh. Nope.

You don't what you're missing. Calf's liver with onions is so yummy! :)

I know what I am missing and I absolutely won't touch it ever again. uck. Also, if you ever go to Canada and go to a restaurant and order what you think is beef--make sure they have US USDA beef(some advertize it). If not, Canada's own beef tastes just like liver. Of course I did not know that at the time I went and it ended with me not being able to eat my meal.
