I put in an order on Tuesday and Susie called me Wednesday to say it was ready. Put in another last minute order Thursday I needed for Friday pickup and it was ready Friday before noon. And on top of that they were having an internal meeting so nobody was actually working mid Friday afternoon. They would never intentionally drop the ball on anyone imho. In fact WL now has around 40 employees and they've been trying hard to overcome growing pains that most successful small business owners will eventually face.
