What up with Wizard Labs?

Quick update: I called them and seems they've had to update their computer software, dealing with the shipping. I was given the tracking code and immediately when to USPS website. My order had already shipped and was set to deliver the next day!! So, I will say this... I was very satisfied with the amount of time, from ordering to delivery. Also, the products were very well packed and placed in a secure box. I've already placed another order with Wizard Labs, 'cause their just that great!' :thumbup:

I used to order from them all the time and never had any issues... But this wasn't recent. (last order probably placed in the Spring) So I can't attest to recent problems. ecig express is a similar vendor, depending on what you're looking for.

Wow TamiP you got your fasttech order before wizard labs? I ordered about 2 wks ago... my order did NOT include nic and it took about 3 days to ship. I ordered 20+ flavors and VG.

Ordered nic, pg, vg and flavors, Saturday night late. Received and email with tracking number today. Reasonable time to me.

I was wondering the same with my order and just noticed this thread.
I sent them a message via Contact Us on their website. If I don't receive an email response tomorrow, I'll attempt to call.
I'm hoping my order is on the way... I'm already expecting vapemail, but it wouldn't be as fun if half of what I'm expecting arrives late.

I placed an order on 10/10/14 and received it on 10/14/14 would have received it on the 13th but it was a holiday.
