Overall, I feel I've been pretty lucky buying online and getting what I expected, but in rare cases, I have been delighted with the personalized service, friendly demeanor and attentive individualized communications of certain vendors, but without a doubt, Wizard Labs tops out all around! John of Wizard Labs went above and beyond the call of duty in every respect, he was so conscientious he even recommend I sample a certain product before making a large purchase that I had already ordered...now how often do you hear that!? Any correspondence was answered immediately when possible, and shipping was not only quick, but meticulously packed, including gifties!!!! To be honest, I was initially attracted to his low prices out of my personal necessity, so I really wasn't expecting top notch service, but the transaction became so much more than what I expected, almost more friendly than business-like, yet still professional, a balance that made me feel totally convinced that I had found my go to place, one that I would happily recommend to anyone.
