Food grade nicotine? Is that why i feel addicted to double cheese burgers?

actually I was talking about pg/vg, not nicotine :)

From their home page:

I've called a few places and apparently just because it says USP doesn't necessarily mean it is pharmacutical grade. apparently it can mean food or pharma grade............I would rather get the "better" pharma grade if I can

what makes pharma better? nothing...it is a name. things are labeled pharma cause they are used in medical applications, it has little bearing on quality

I read somewhere on their site that you have to prove that you are a university or scientist in order to buy nic juice over 100mg.

This quote is from WL site on the pages for 150 thru 300mg nic:
Sale of this product is Restricted to registered Educational, Industrial, and Medical facilities.
Subject to pre-approval. Please contact us to submit an application.
Shipment subject to additional Hazardous Material fee.
