so now i know who bought all the nic i tried to put in an order late thur nite the 7th and it came up an error i forgot what it said something like only 2 in stock but all i was ordering was 1 but went with ecig xpress you guys cost me an extra 30 bucks ..oh well when your out your out but i got my shipping notice on the 8th what do you guys think of ecig xpress nic is it good

I have had ECX nic and yes its good. I frankly think its one of the best nics out there. I got the VG and it was crystal clear and hardly any smell(most if not all nic is going to have a slight smell to it) so you did not make a bad buy and frankly think its worth ever penny if its as good as the bottle I got. It was very clean and you should be happy with it.

over 8 days+ and still "processing". Sent a couple emails but just the automated response. A little annoyed at this point. HAs anyone that ordered ICE on the 6th had theirs ship?

ICE takes even longer than regular nic. My regular nic hasn't shipped yet (ordered on 6th). You really need to be patient.

Same boat--ICE and still waiting. I do not mind waiting but I don't really think its cool the orders are being done out of sequence. They should have planned that reopen a tiny bit better. One thing I can say is the ICE is worth it.

I think the shortage is due to the FDA "Doomsday" panic. Advertising something is made in the US, when it's made somewhere else is fraud and a crime, punishable by law.

I wonder if it's a coincidence or not that several vendors of "American made" nic are out of supply during Chinese New Year?

Hmm... you are joking here? To my knowledge there is only one american made nicotine solution. There are probably dozens to hundreds of purveyors of american made e-liquid however, many (perhaps most) of which use nic from China or elsewhere.

I think the shortage is due to the FDA "Doomsday" panic. Advertising something is made in the US, when it's made somewhere else is fraud and a crime, punishable by law.

I think so. I know it's on my mind anyway. If only I had the funds I would have placed as large an order as I could too.

Yes - joking . .mostly . . that 1 vendor is also out (or at least website down - got an email about having a huge increase in orders so need to move to fill them . .which kind of makes no sense).

Actually, at this point, I'm quite disgruntled. Auto-reply twice to a "contact us" and not answering the phone. Tacked on the bottom of that very general "we're moving" auto-reply is the statement (paraphrasing... to lazy to search for my post) "no nic orders will be filled because we have to have our lab pass inspection" but they're filling orders placed SINCE the reopen to SOME and not others. One State DOES NOT honor the inspections of another so they aren't filling orders with nic they brought in tow to Florida. IE: if they're filling a few orders, their lab passed. So, in short, "we're moving" but, evidently, now we're here and wating on inspection and we can't fill nic orders BUT we are for some folks????? This just IS NOT good business behavior. I would appreciate some STRAIGHT answers.

If there's on prevailing thing I've noticed in the vape world its vendors who conduct themselves in very unprofessional ways. It makes me feel like they're saying, you're in the minority and we got ya by the dalls so take it or leave it. Who ya gonna complain to? Sorry.... it just makes me mad.

Just got mine. 500ml of 100mg, and now that they are in Orlando it was 2 days.
there is a chance they started filling orders and then someone said - hold on there stop what your doing until we give you an inspection.



Within the first 24 hours of reopening we took approximately 10-12 days' worth of orders. Since all of our nicotine solutions are mixed fresh to order, and we are still in the process of hiring and training new staff, this has caused a large backlog in the lab, and we will not be restocking nicotine solutions on the site until the current workload is cleared. We appreciate all of our customers' support and patience during this relocation, and are working to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

as someone who works in a small laboratory environment that is expanding rapidly. a lot of new people in the way make simple things like phone calls an emails being answered correctly and in a timely manner somewhat of a chore. we went from less then 2500 sq feet to almost 10000 sq feet in less then a 16 months and made our share of blunders as well. and we didnt have to unpack boxes either.
give em time, they are probably wrestling with the vary fast pace of growth the best they can, or go somewhere else for now

Just put up a notice stating clearly and accurately on the site what the situation truly is and I'll trust ya. If you try to con me in any way, I won't. I'm certainly empathetic but have my limits and they've been reached. I've enjoyed their flavorings and never ordered nic from them and was just going to save myself some shipping by getting both at one vendor but have rethunk that. :facepalm:

Please do not tell me to be patient. I have waited 8 days and after a phone called was told it might be another week. They should not have reopened full bore like they did if they could not get the orders out. I had no problem waiting a few extra days but 2 weeks(or more with shipping time when its all said and done) is just bad business. They had no issue taking my money less than 30 seconds after the order.

Now I am in a spot where I am completly out of nic and working on my reserve stashes(which I intended but not to this level if its another week) and wondering if I have to order some nic from somewhere else so forgive me if I am slightly peeved atm.

Oh by the way the lady on the phone said ICE takes no longer than regular so yay for confusion.
