I have now placed two orders with them. The first time I ordered late Thursday night and had my order Monday. This time I ordered Thursday during the day and had my order again on Monday. I love not having to wait forever to receive my products =) I received everything exactly as I had ordered them and the packaging was extremely well done. Sealed in plastic, double bubble wrapped, styrofoam peanuts to pad the box. Each order included a free flavor sample (double ry4 and pear) and some free gloves.
I also emailed John and asked him about the new extract he was testing and wanted to know when it might be available for purchase before I placed my latest order. If it was going to be available soon (as in a couple of days lol), I was going to hold off on my order. However, he emailed me back (quickly) and told me he wasn't sure as he was still beta testing it. He did offer to send me a free sample of it to test if I would please provide him with feedback. Heck yeah!! I received it with my order and it is awesome!! I also ordered their Original extract (I mix for 3) and a bunch of flavors and bottles.
Pricewise, I haven't found a better deal for nic base and flavors and I am extremely pleased with their Original extract and am very, very much looking forward to the release of the new "Ice" base. (plus, I love the glass bottles the flavors come in) So a big thumbs up from me for Wizard Labs.
