It's been a while since I've bought NIC from WL. But paypal is part of ebay and ebay's policy is they will not sell any Nicotine product. I know of other venders that have had there paypal payment options revoked as well. I think you will be seeing more and more of this. It's just another way they take away our freedoms. I don't know of anyone here in the USA selling NIC that accept paypal anymore.

Thanks Danny, yeah its weird and yet awesome they allow oversea sells with nic juice and vaping supplies.
It's a huge venue they are missing the boat on-- you ask me.

Meh' it gives me excuse to now try other custom diy flavors from other vendors but the price was/is amazing at WL.

It made me change my diy method to diy 0nic, and buy a few 24mg from vendors for a few nic vapes during the day.
I had my late night ordering shopping cart filled hit checkout and bam door closed in face, no newsletter or notta.
Hope this new method works for me :p

I am vaping 2mg so it should but at 20-50watts and that 2mg hits like a 30 or 40 lol
Is amazing how huge wattage works the nic.

Please don't name any vendors in the forum that accept PP as it could get them identified and suspended. If you know of a vendor, best to PM the OP with that info.

Thank you :)

Still not a good idea, but terminating relationships with e-cig suppliers has become a pro-active campaign on the part of PayPal. They starting sending out notices that this was going to happen to certain suppliers a while ago - either remove the e-cig related merchandise from their sites or have the service terminated. Now PP is following up on the threats. I doubt it has anything to do with ECF or individual reports at this point. Similar, more aggressive targeting and removal is happening on eBay as well. IE: They aren't sitting back waiting to trip across accounts to terminate, they appear to have departments on a search and destroy mission.

All things considered, it's better if suppliers get out ahead of this and make alternate arrangements now, rather than have the plug pulled as a surprise. (Even when PP gives specific dates for terminating their services they are not honoring those dates, making transitions even more problematic.)

It's crazy they would discriminate and un-associate with alcohol and tobacco.

I could understand ........ and firearms

I would love a look-in to that board meeting.

2012
Ok its a billion dollar a year in processing and we do not want any part of it.
2014
10 billion dollars in processing and no we do not want any part in it..
Great SOP(standard operating procedures) George

I kid

Cigarettes and alcohol have affected many families so it could be simple as that and I kinda understand..

Maybe when the FDA approves it's use if that ever happens this will change..
I hope so, it makes safer no worry purchases easy.. Gift credit cards cost 2 bucks more lol dangit

Get the paypal debit/credit card. Its linked directly to your paypal account and you use it like any other debit/credit card.

4.95 a month if used or not, already looked into that option.

I can sometimes get a giftcard for 3.95 their always out and I get lucky saving a whole buck so I will use that option instead.
It was really easy, go to store for groceries stop by the coinstar machine and add to my paypal acct
3 dollar charge,
then buy what I needed from the wizard, etc. :)
I was hit on my debit card for 1500 bucks in 01' for a 300 dollar charge and even with a class action suit won debtor people still mail me letters saying I now owe it.

No biggee just inconvenient to my schedule 2 yrs now routine

There are alternative services that can be used like PayPal. Skrill is an example of one. From what I've heard their "chargeback" policy is also a lot more rigid. With PayPal it's very easy to pull off a "chargeback scam" and claim you never received a product.

They'll almost always side with the person claiming the chargeback, rarely with the vendor. It's a pretty flawed system.

I use paypal very cautiously. I once got charged with a chargeback for an item I never even sold. I did clear it up and paypal did admit it was there fault but it took me 6 months to get it resolved. That was 700 some odd bucks I was out for 6 months. I at that point stopped accepting payments via paypal and only use them to purchase items when there's no other option to pay.

Yep.

It's way too easy, with PayPal, to pull off one of these chargeback scams. A lot of times the culprit uses a fake account and transfers the money (or spends it) by the time PayPal is resolving the issue. In the end, nobody is ever really punished except the victim.

The system is exploitable, I don't know if I can blame the people for exploiting it. I know I can blame the system for being flawed. I avoid PayPal when I can, and I don't keep money in my PayPal account for longer than a few days (on the rare occasions I need to use PayPal for, say, a donation or something like that).

Yep another time I sold a very expensive guitar neck and the person filed a claim saying that it was damaged due to poor packaging. He did not send pictures because he told paypal he didn't own a camera. So paypal told him to send it back and they debited my account and credited him back his payment even before I received the package. What I received back was a box of stones. So that was another few hundred I ate. I did own a camera and sent pictures to paypal and he said that's not what he sent and I was pulling a scam and paypal sided with him.

Personally, I hate Paypal/eBay. . . for all the above mentioned reasons. I try hard not to use it at all.

For what it's worth I got a Amex prepaid card/account with my Galaxy S5 and the NFC wallet (basically activate the NFC wallet app, which humorously was called ISIS Wallet, and they gave me $25) which has now become my vape budget account. I set up a $20 a paycheck allotment from work. Keeps me from buying stuff I don't need and is "firewalled" from my real accounts. I use it pretty much for all my online purchasing now.

1) Paypal Debit Master card has NO fee - I have and constantly use one.

2) Nicorette Nicotine Gum 2 MG Stop Smoking Aid White Ice Flavor 200 Gums | eBay

Ebay/Paypal just do as they dam well please. Nothing to do with their Rules/Policies

You are correct but their terms for that debit card as of today maybe changed from when you signed up
A PayPal Premier account is required for the PayPal Business Debit MasterCard. I agree to upgrade my account.

I bit the sour apple and just submitted info's for the debit card. Used my business so I could get it, lol dang, they got me, had to add my banking but it says it can be unlinked. I was tryiing to stay away from the banking acct add. It's why I use the coinstar add-in app..

Thanks

This is not a new thing they banned all nicotine related products a long time ago and are just starting to seriously clean house. The problem with juice there is no way for the general public to know what the true nic content is. So rather then face potential liability when someone gets bad juice they simply banned all sales of nic across the board. And yet vendors simply put a link to redirect Ebay buyers over to their website. Which is where they try to skirt the rules by selling ejuice with nic via Paypal. So in reality Paypal is playing a game of Wack-A-Mole and the numerous dishonest vendors are for the most part to blame for all of this.

I got sold a fake Vision Spinner 2 just this week by a shady Ebay vendor. His explanation was that he sells real and clones but his employees were shipping the clones in place of the real deal. Then went on to tell me how the clones were from the same factory and of the same quality. Now of course I'm the scammer for demanding a refund for being deceived and outright lied to. If this puts guys like him out of business I more then welcome it because legit companies like WL will continue to process payments one way or another.

October 2009: Amazon.com prohibits sale of electronic tobacco products on its website.

October 2009: PayPal freezes accounts of electronic cigarette vendors in the U.S. and prohibits them from using the service; however, vendors outside of the U.S. are allowed to continue using PayPal for electronic cigarette sales.

December 2009: NJOY announces it is discontinuing, in the U.S., the availability of all flavors except its traditional tobacco flavor and menthol. The move aligns the flavors offered by NJOY with those allowed for combustible tobacco cigarettes under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act.
