I can't say enough god things about this company and how they bend over backwards. So often we see complaints about even the most minor issues. But what we don't see is enough praise when companies do us right. So here's the deal I typically order nic every 2 weeks and pick up on Fridays since I drive coast to coast once a week. Last week the water pump on my car gave out and I ended up blowing a head gasket. So my car was in the shop all week and me stuck at home board out of my mind.

So I placed an order Tuesday and for the first time ticked the shipping option. I got a call that morning asking if there was a mistake because I never ask to ship. So I explained my car situation and that I had no way to pick up my order before next week. Hour later I get a call that if I need to get my order bumped to send them request. I explained it was no rush and they could just process it as they normally do and ship me out on Friday. So today I check the mail and find my order from WL waiting for me.

Not to say other vendors would not do the same thing for loyal customers. I just feel we need more positive comments rather then always negative and trying to scare others away out of spite. The last thing we need is less suppliers and higher prices due to lack of competition in the industry.

They didn't bring you a new water pump though, did they?

Maybe if I purchase a few drums of nic they will send the WL mechanic inside the company tow truck.

And yeah usually with local pickup the nic bottle is just bagged inside a ziplock. The shipped bottle arrived in heat sealed bubble wrap within thee layers of heat sealed plastic. I bet if it was never removed from the packaging and put into deep freeze it would easily remain fresh for decade. Also it seems the bottle they used for the nic this time is much darker then all the previous ones. I can barely see what's inside even with a light directly behind it.

John warned me about the nic some vendors are selling when the talk about stems vs leaves began. Aparently China has the good stuff and the burnt tires mostly comes from India. Not all nic from India is bad but it's pretty hit or miss and vendor's don't want to eat it.

Haha, so they don't like having to pay shipping on returns like they make us do?? Lol

Once they buy it's a done deal no refunds.

WL actually has gallons of it they purchased to test the supplier. Instead of pissing off customers they just wrote it off. It's still good for educational use but nobody wants to vape burnt rubber.

No, I didn't mean John and WL with my reply. I meant all the other places that sold it to customers and require them to pay return shipping.

There seems to be plenty of rubber/petroleum nic out there being sold. One place it seems to be that new supplier of Made in the USA for vaping- only -supplier. Like down in my siggy.

+1 for Wizard Labs. I've placed 2 orders with them and had super results. VERY carefully packaged and super high quality. I'm looking forward to more specialized companies like this rather than the one-stop-we-have-everythings out there. I want to be sure that my vendor knows exactly what they are selling me and WL does the best job of this that I've found. They've focused their business and become a real authority.

Have ordered several times from WL in the last 3 months and can say nothing but the best about them. Shipping is fast for me, 3 days max. Packaging? Take you 10 mins to get it open. VERY well packaged.
Love the fact that I can get my flavorings so cheap, gives me the opportunity to try a lot before I buy in bulk. Heard a rumor a few weeks ago, that they were going to start selling flavors in larger quantity, but haven't seen it yet. Keeping my fingers crossed.

The option for ordering larger bottles of flavor is already on the site but hidden from view. I have seen a few flavors appear and then they were gone again once they sold out I'm assuming. The problem is the people who fill flavors are almost non stop filling 8ml sizes. They fill some larger bottles every so often and have been working to build up stock. However there are things available to wholesale purchasers and I think vendors are buying it up before it ever becomes available.

This is wonderful to hear. I'm about to place my first order with them, and I'd much rather give my money to a good company that cares about its customers. Many times, I just give people money and they give me a product - this way, I get the added warm fuzzy of knowing I'm encouraging good business in my own small way. :)
