...around 3 months old, been working fine.
Twice in the last week when fully charged and in use, shuts down.
Won't restart until plugged in for charge.
Before shutdown was set at 25 watts, when plugged in shows 4 watts.
In use it only ranges down to 6 watts.
Re-set wattage, unplug it and it's good to go again, still with full charge.
Any ideas?
Oh, forgot to mention probably the most important fact, using an atlantis on it.

Sounds like a short. I've seen devices (istick 50W) that will shut down and not power on until plugged back into power.

Yes this sounds like an internal problem. It might be a fire hazard considering you don't know what's going on inside.
