Woodvil new feed tube

Anyone have any suggestions on changing the feed tube on a woodvil? Glue it on?

Also, where can I order more tubing, I have enough to do 1 repair. Thanks!

You can use a drop of super glue but I don't when putting on a new one. Make sure the connector is clean for a good seal. It will fit on snug.

Robert has the tubing. He gets it in bulk. You can too but you have to get 10ft! 1/16" ID x 1/8" OD x 1/32" Wall Tygon® Sanitary Silicone Tubing | U.S. Plastic Corp.

I've glued and not glued tubes in various metal and wood reos. It doesn't seem to make any difference in my case - never had any leaks or tubes falling off.

You should be able to get a bottle and tube kit from Rob if you wanted for $4 or the full blown repair kit (never hurts to have one) for $25.

I would get my parts directly from Robert. That way you are assured of getting the right parts and not have to deal with sizing and all that hassle.

I have a totally different problem. I have 15-20 new tubes from all the kits I had to buy to replace the oring cap so what I need is new Woodvils to attach them to.

Measure the outside diameter of the old tube going into your squonk bottle
I have seen tubing with different(smaller) sized OD used in REOs

The standard REO tubing is supposed to be 1/6"ID 3/16"OD 1/16"Wall thickness
1/16" ID x 3/16" OD x 1/16" Wall Tygon® Sanitary Silicone Tubing | U.S. Plastic Corp.

This is the size that is used in my Woodvil
