That is no surprise. You're not leaving to smoke every few hours. My cool boss lets me vape at my desk and I almost never need to take breaks. I'm never fending for nicotine so I can concentrate better on my work.

It goes even further than that. Nicotine per se improves productivity, because it allows the user to concentrate on boring tasks and to be vigilent. When I became abstinent from nicotine about 22 years ago, I was just as impaired behind the wheel of a car when stone, cold sober as any drunk. I felt as if I had lost 30 or 40 IQ points.

I'm definitely more productive now (especially since I've slowed down on posting on ECF during all the time I'd have spent on smoke breaks)

I'm definitely more productive. I carry my pv in my pocket at work all day and puff all I want. No smoking breaks needed.

I know I am, now instead of having to go outside for a smoke break I just vape where I'm at. May not sound like much but when your in a wiring closet on the third floor, it's a long way to the outside.
