Hi there, all.... I tried to prove I did not need to do it, I tried to devote my time to an upcoming exhibition but all to no avail......

I have just ordered the bits for my first attempt at a battery mod.....

The current design is to run with a 510 atty, and will be BOTH a high capacity 3.7v big battery mod as well as a 6V High Voltage mod all in the same unit.

The design will incorporate a switch to act as a master off/voltage selector and a Push switch to energise the atty.....

I will let you all know what happens..... Moderator Edited.... not sure, need to get the bits for mine in first and see how it performs.

I plan on charging the batteries in situ rather than having to take them out and also have the faciliy to use the charger as a passthrough as well......

But the batteries and battery connectors are ordered and once they arrive I will crank up the lathe and make a body out of 7075 Aircraft aluminium with machined end caps and also 2 colour LED to show if standard or High voltage is selected........

I hope to be able to start in about a week when all the bits get here :D

If is a big word, but....

If I get time to do this well,
If I get the thing to work,
If it looks good,
If I have time to make more than one.....

I would consider shipping at cost price, and for something as light as 7075 aluminium (yes it is spelt and pronounced differently over here :D) it would not cost a forune in shipping charges......

I will let you know following my first attempt :D
