Working On Two Flavors, Need Guidance

Hey all,

I'm trying to come up with a recipe for two things: Baked Apples, and a Snickers bar.

By baked apple I mean cored apples stuffed with raisins, brown sugar, and maybe some spices. Snickers should be self-explanatory...
I've got tons of flavoring so any suggestions are likely to be put to the test...
