mine have never leaked, and I generally use 70-80% PG. Just sayin'

There is a problem with the leaking on some of them (as with any bridgeless atomizer type) with high PG juice, I recommend at least %50 VG juice, higher if you like it. I am working on a design change to make the first leak proof atomizer as well, though as you can imagine all this is not easy or it would have been done. I do find if I am using a high PG juice that a empire mods drip shield is my friend. I have done a little testing and found there is no leaking with %70 VG juice. Bottom line though is all atomizers leak some and tend to leak more when direct dripping.

Really.. chill out a little, I send you two emails earlier today, you may not have got them due to the website server being down and being worked on. As I put in my email Refund issued, you do not need to send the atomizer back. You didn't like the product, no problem refund issued. You got terribly upset and felt the need to splash it all over the forums because you email wasn't answered the day after you sent it, i think you may have me confused with one of those big corporations with 24 hour hotlines or something.. not sure. Or confused with one of those vendors who are going to shrink every time a greifer comes on here and starts to rant and rave. Bottom line is I do this to help my fellow vapers, most of who are my friends, and trust me I look after my customers there are many who will testify to that fact. Do you think I care if you feel like your scaring away my customers? duh no. I have a enough of a customer base to look after and the website is certainly not my primary income. In Fact if you look at my prices you can see the thing is designed to break even with a little left over to get more and more products.
I started SmartVapes because I was sick to death of being ripped off by vendors over charging for ecig supplies and I was disturbed by the amount of people that probably went back to smoking cigarettes thinking ecigs were way too expensive.
Is this a way to treat a customer? probably not. Do I care? definitely not. If you do not like my products my feelings will certainly not be hurt if you don't buy them. I have sold approximately 900 of these new atomizers so far and of these we may possibly be up to around 10 complaints. Now like am sure i have said before "some" complaints is too many but this technology is in its infancy and I am not at all surprised that out 900 atomizers or so a few were not up to the highest QC standards. However not once have i denied a replacement or refund. Am I sad that you did not like yours? yes. Indeed. would even be willing to work with you on a solution, even changed the description on my website to recomend the higher VG after looking it because I take these complaints seriously. But Mam please don't get me wrong. This is not some big eCommerce site, this just a guy helping his mates out while working a full time job and trying to look after his family..If you have a bad experience with a product please bring it to my attention but at least give me the opportunity to rectify the situation. end of story.
