Briefly describe your problem or issueI purchased several items from World of Vape due to their good prices and high reviews. I have had multiple issues with each item I bought and will describe below. I want to place this review so buyers can be aware and be careful. If it's too good to be true it probably is.
1. eVic Supreme: I got this for 109.99. I received the item and upon opening the box it was covered in dust. It looked as if the item had been opened and placed on a shelf for display for several months. I notified WOV and they stated that all items were new in box and that the issue should be taken up with Joyetech. The eVic also seemed to be damaged as the black plastic window would crackle loudly when handled and felt like it would break sometime soon. WOV asked me NOT to tell Joyetech the price that I paid for the product specifically, I found this quite odd. I contacted Joyetech and they said that all units are sealed at the factory during manufacture and there is no way it would be as dusty inside as it was. I sent the item in for an RMA and they replaced it stating that it was damaged. Joyetech support resolved the issue and I can say they were extremely helpful.
2. Aspire Nautilus: I never could get this to work well. It would leak every time I used it. I had purchased it because of my frustration with leaks on cheaper models and the reviews stating how it works great. I also purchased a stainless steel tank for it and when it arrived it would not fit. The upper hardware on the Nautilus wouldn't fit through. I sent it back and they tested it, found it OK, and sent it back. I feel like the Nautilus I got must have been a clone since I had this issue.
The most disturbing thing is when I went to review the items on WOV they deleted my reviews and closed my account. Now if I log into their website and into my account I cannot see any items on any page. This keeps me from being able to review anything again. If I log out and look again as a guest all the items are there, but none of my reviews are. I don't think this is the proper way to do business even if I was a trouble customer which I feel I am not. I had nothing but issues with their products, buyer beware. Don't trust their reviews as they delete all the negative ones. I hope this saves some of my fellow vapers some grief. Spend the extra money and buy elsewhere.
