Looks like an old eGo charger. If you enjoy vaping, it might be time to invest in some modern equipment.
The issue with ego chargers is not all chargers and batteries are created equal. The ego chargers and batteries had a nasty habit of having various kinds of internal electronics which are not marked. As a result a given charger may or may not work correctly on a given battery, and they have different communication systems which are all a series of blink pulses of a red LED. So they LOOK the same, but aren’t. Can get very confusing.
