Stainless rusts, it just does it in a way that causes the rust to instantly flake away in microscopic particles. This doesn’t seem to be happening here. I would give it a quick buff and see if the spotting disappears easily. If it doesn’t the mod may not have been stainless in the first place

You may have been using overly caustic flavorings. IDK. I think Bombastinator gave you good advice. I haven't seen rust on any of my RTAs yet, but IDK what materials they are made of necessarily. What's your nic level also and how long have you been using it?

I have not been ACTIVELY checking my tanks for rust but now I am GOING to and best of luck sorting it out.

I tried to make it hot or flake nothing happens, I also tried to clean it with coil master brush but it still the same and when I put it on my desk for a while without using it the rust spread all over the place, thanks for your reply i found out they are using 304 Stainless Steel

good luck for checking your tanks and I think its important issue that will cause health problems, I am usually using American or British made 70/30 VG/PG juices with 3mg NIC, for example, I am using now Cushman by nasty Juice. I used it for 3 months only. I looked again and found out its 304 Stainless Steel !! it must not get rusty right?
is it possible to be because of changing weather as I am living in a hot country which normally temp between 40C to 50C so going out in the sun and back indoor with AC around 23 C degree do you think this is the problem?

I don't know. I will say I live in Tucson so in the summer it gets to be like oh, 109 (F) is the highest temp I've seen so far this year (based on my car's external temperature sensor. We keep the AC at around 80 F and go colder at night. None of my tanks checked so far had rust.

I really couldn't tell you whether temperature extremes would cause that, I kind of tend to think it may be your juice (I can't remember if you described it) that, or a deck made from lower quality ingredients but I just simply couldn't say.
