I recently decided that I need more capitol to grow my business so I have been thinking of selling upto 40% of my business. I would love to find just one investor but I don't think that will happen so I am willing to let people buy 5% or maybe even smaller amounts.

1. More Products / new products
2. Retail / Office space
3. Marketing and advertising
I would like the investors to be located in portland so this is the first time im offering it to the public. You would get actually own a percentage of the whole company, get dividends every 3 months, Huge discounts on products, and more.
