Would it be possible to make a "one piece" GG?

I am for some reason obsessing about how my dream GG would look like. I love the size and weight of the Stealth and I like it somewhat heavy. I would love a one piece mod. Obviously it would be a hassle to clean or repair, however sure would be unique. Maybe the end cap could be on "hinges", hence when closing the "door" it would put the battery in the perfect position. I'm pretty sure most people wouldn't like that idea but I'm just a bit strange I guess.

I'm no metal-worker, but I've done a lot of work on a lathe..."anything" is possible, if you spend enough money. I'm thinking it's going to cost you a LOT more for a GG than it currently does..

So true.....

It reminds me of what they say at ILM.

If you have the bank account, there is no limit to what they can produce for the movie

How about the GGTB? Or are you talking about a genuine "unibody" mod?

A genuine unibody, one piece. I had it all figured out last night (after reserching a psychology topic for hours), now it seems to less sense. I am far from being able to spend a ton of money at this point, hence this will just be a dream until my finances pick up again. Now back to another reserach paper. maybe thse crazy topics rub off on me ;)

There are some mods that have permanent rechargeable batteries, at least I can think of one, I don't think its still in production. It was an early VV, may have been the first, it wasn't a tube mod though. When the batteries, or any other parts needed servicing the mod had to be returned to the maker, it was a little complicated.
Although it was before its time, cool and people liked it, I haven't seen or heard much about it lately.
