Would like to know the diiffernce 14500 Batt vs 14430 Batt

I have a question a Protege on the Pruemoker website calls for a 14500. On the Infinity they call for a 14430. Now what i want to know is what is the difference between the two?
Is it the size that isn't interchangeable or could it be the power that each has in it? Or could it be they really will work both mods.

Just from a quick google search it appears the 14430 is about 7mm shorter than the 14500, and about 100mAh less.

If I remember correctly, the first two numbers are the width, the second two numbers are the length and the lsat zero is nothing. All in millimeters.

Correct me someone if I'm wrong?

last 0 means round/cylindrical cells and yes the first 2 digits are width and the second are the length...
