Would a battery that is labeled 3.7v 960 mah make a good battery for a mod?

Does it say how many A(amps) it puts out? Not mAh, but actual current(amps). Also, is it a protected battery? What kind of battery(brand, etc) is it?

That's all it says on it. It's a spare battery for my digital camera.
I'll try to find out more online.

It works great. Just find out what you can about the battery you have & if it's good to go, go for it. When you get it done, post pics.
