You missed the point and exagerated the cost of a Provari. And stop comparing an e-cigarette to cars. Apples and oranges.

A Provari costs $159 from Provape. Period. Not upwards of $270 as you spread inaccurate information.

Just because you are a high wattage vaper does not mean everyone else is. Most vapers are not and they will never need that much power.

Yeah, a great warranty is an important feature when choosing a mod, at least it was for me. I got tired of mods breaking and it becoming a very expensive paperweight. A lot of good all those "bells & whistles" are if you can't use them.

If your dna high watt mod needs repair, who's going to fix it, and how long will it take them to repair it? A Provari in need of repair will be back in your hands in a weeks time, but more than likely it will never need it. I have security knowing that I have that option should I need it.

Oh wow. I would of sworn it said $270. I guess it shows how easy it is to get information messed up. I'll just delete my posts... I think I was thinking of some mechanical mod's price and getting it all mixed up..

Forgive me... I have not had my coffee yet and am having a very bad day at work.

I just found out why I thought $270... it's that price with shipping for the stealth... which is a specialty design.

Some DNA 30 devices might be but not all. The DNA 30 chipset only costs $50.

And that is only good to know if you are a handy DIY person and willing to manufacture your own mod. Most people are not.

Yeah, even I think the stealth is a little overpriced, but to each their own. I have just the base model and I love it.

The more I vape, the more I discover their is no "one size fits all" gear.

I use my MVP's when travelling, they are super convenient to charge since everything is packaged all in one, and all I need to bring is my micro USB phone charger.
I use my ProVari at home and around town. They are sublime with a Kayfun and just feel great in the hand, plus I know they'll last.

If I ever to get into sub ohming I will check out the higher wattage mods, or by then maybe ProVape will have come out with a new version and I can upgrade the internals of one of my ProVari's for a small fee.

Bottom line is vape what you like. Live and Let Live.

Hi everybody,

I am running a kayfun 3.1 with a Sigelei V.3 right now, a co-worker has a ProVari mini and the regular one. I see the feedback and all that, but is it really worth the triple amount of $$$?

Hit me with some feedback and let me know what you think please.

Thanks in advance also from ProVari owners.

Personally, I would'nt pay that much for it. But to each their own

True. I've seen some premade DNA 30 mods for as low as 175 but they go quick. I'd love to make my own DNA 30 but unfortunately 30 watts is not enough for me anymore... :( I'd love a 70 watt mod but they have waiting lists a mile long.

As much as i love blowing big fluffy clouds (and going through juice at an astronomical rate) on my mech I love my provari.

After reading all the hype I couldnt resist buying one to see for myself. I really enjoy it and im sure I will much more once I get a nice rba on top of it Ill be enjoying it even more. In my mind I figured why not spend $200 for something thatll last as long as I want to as opposied to spending less on 3-4 other mods that may give out on me after a while.

I just recently won a Satin Brass King, a genuine Kraken, and a Brass Monkey in a giveaway. I'm enjoying the vapes at .45 (dripper) and .8 (Kraken) but sitting alongside the King on my desk right now is one of my Provaris with a By Leo Dripper Pro that hits really really nicely at 1.2 and produces great flavor and a big cloud (in fact, more vapor than the Kraken built with steel rope and XC-116). It's not just the mod. It's what you put on it. There are no hard and fast rules when it comes to vaping or what people like. :)

If you're looking for an RBA for the Provari, I can't recommend the Dripper Pro highly enough (we have 3 now). I buy pre-made NR-R-NR wires from Stormy's Vapor Cellar and it only takes a minute to rebuild one, though the ceramic cups can be fiddly when you're first figuring them out.

How many people actually need 30 watts and higher amp limits? The average simple vaper is using clearomizers, cartotanks, or a Kayfun rebuildable tank atomizer that don't need all of that power. Only the elite enthusiast needs that much power.

I consider myself an simple, average vaper. I use cartotanks and a Kayfun rebuildable atomizer tank. The Provari suits these perfectly. I don't need more power. I don't do sub ohm coils and I wouldn't ever think of using over 12 watts of power.

MOST people just want a reliable, dependable, and durable mod that can be serviced (should it ever need it) in the USA for life. That would be a Provari.

You have to pay a little more for a better tool and customer service nowadays. Is the Provari worth this? I would say yes if you are a vaper like myself.

Is that Freddie Mercury? Wow...

Nope a few months ago I would have but now im getting into rebuildablea and mechs and from a hobby perspective can't beat rebuilds and making coils. A few vv/vw mods are nice to have in the collection but not for that price lol

I am not sure why there's this perception that you can't use rebuildables on a Provari. It really boggles the mind. You can't go below .9 on a Provari, but you can certainly use just about any rebuildable on them. I don't use anything on mine except RBAs and RDAs. Go figure...
