No, let us compare Provaris to cars:

I was at the car dealership the other day. Tens of thousands of dollars for a new car! So i just put on my sunglasses, leaned casually against the counter, and said, with a crooked smile:

"That's a bit much for a gas tank, don't you think?" (rimshot)

Then I turned on my heel and walked out of there.

Oh man, I felt so clever. I really taught them, didn't I? Bet they've never thought of it that way before. I won, yay me!!!111eleven

:D

You sure taught them! Were they selling $5000 cars:)?

it is made of great quality I agree, but there are cheaper variable mods of similar quality for alot less.

List please? :pop:

(This should be interesting...)

Also what qualifications define "quality" to you?

Feature set? Bells & whistles (some of which may never be used)?

Quality of the materials and components in the variable mod determine the durability & reliability of the device? Ability to survive an accidental drop on the pavement or fall into a pud puddle? Form factor play a role in choice? (Some people detest a box mod.)

And then there is the reliability of the manufacturer after the point of sale? If something stops working, how easy is it to have the manufacturer fix it? Not everyone is handy to do their own repairs. This is rarely considered when people research a new mod, but its important for the life expectancy of the mod. If a broken or nonfunctioning mod can't be fixed, it becomes an expensive paper weight.

Some people are just easily impressed with what they see on FastTech...
Lol....I'm one of those people...only I'm not silly enough to expect anything like a ProVari to come from them. FastTech has it's place among the vaping population. I play with a few things from FastTech...I USE a ProVari.

I have a provari that I used for about a year. No complaints, I liked it and am glad I spent the money for it. I have since switched to mech mods and am happy with those. {MODERATED} In short, was it a bad buy? absolutely not. Would I recommend it to someone that's still in the eGo stage? of course. Would I buy another after using my mech mod? nope.

BOTH the DNA20 and 30 are better chips than what are in the provari. All Hana Modz have better chips, though they are similar in cost to the provari. Look EVERYBODY. I'm just saying Provari is not the best for the cost. IT is a very good mod, but should not be so expenesive.

In what way are they better than the Provari? They have more wattage? So what if you don't use it?

Yeah, but you'd think that one would know when they are over their head and know when to bail.

over my head? When im dead and burried maybe. Just off the top of my head my VTR is better than 2 of my friends provaris in my AND their opinion and is half the cost. I think the LAVA tube is very comparable in terms of vaping but again is much cheaper. Just two off the top of my head.

I don't own a Provari and probably never will but to say that the VTR (I own BTW) is of similar quality is just wrong.

You and your friends may like the vape of the VTR better but I'm pretty sure that the quality isn't even close.

giving up when people are talking .... for no reason? You MUST not know who I am.

You have been a member here for 2 days. What's your problem? You are correct, we don't know who you are, and at this rate no one will ever want to. You sound like a punk kid to me. So please, just piss off.

How so? I've had no problems or glitches in any way since I've owned it. I have literally run it over with a car. Thing is a tank and the extra wattage is a plus. The only thing i wish was better was the ohm meter. It can be around .1-.2 off, but thats the ONLY flaw ive found
Oh and it can go down to .7 ohm. Do that on your precious provari :)
