Ok so i got the Joye 510 a while ago and it's been ok.......Not great but just ok which is in direct conflict with my friends and the reviews. My valor production was lousy and I tried all the tips and tricks from this forum. UNTILL I got another 510 atomizer and tried it. WOW what a difference. It works the way my friends and the reviews have stated. Great taste and tons of vapor.....

I guess there's not a lot of quality control yet on these devices

One piece of advice, if you haven't already, you might want to stock up on atomizers. They might last for months and they might last for days, better safe than sorry!

I'm not an authority on all the different atomizer manufacturers. However, on the 510's I have tried the Joyetech 510's seem to be the most consistent. The clones in my kit are only backups.

But at the same time, some people swear by third party 510 atties. But almost a year in I've only found one atty available which is a match for a Joyetech 510. And that one I can only currently get from Korea.

I joyetch are consistent. Third party attys from atty specialist like cisco or ikenvape always seem to improve the experience for me.I always tell people you got to go to the kit guys for the kits,the juice guys for the juices and the atty/carto guys for the atty/cartos.

If there's such a drastic difference between the two atty's you may have put an LR on your 510. If you have a multimeter handy you might want to check the resistance. LR's go from 1.5 to 2.0 ohms. They aren't recommended for use on small batteries like the 510.

Or, it could be you just got a dud the first time around.

thanks all. I do plan on getting more attys. And as far as a LR well I bought the Joye 510 starter kit so it should have been the regular on I guess. I really like the theory of buying from the right vendor (atty from one juice from another and so on)
