Wow! Great Customer Service from Vapors Etc.!

Earlier I posted on here about their carts being loose and falling off. I honestly didn't even think to email them directly and mention it, and Ross from Vapors Etc. actually saw my post on here and took the time to email me about it to see if there was anything he could do. He said he would send me some 901 carts to try instead (but he didn't have any right now).

I'm so impressed with the fact that he took the time to email me and offer help even though I never took the time to email him first.

Cool, got another email from Ross, said he just sold out of his old 510 cartridges and is ordering more from a new supplier and he's going to send me some when they come in. Very cool!
