Janty? Customer service

So, for x-mas I asked for a janty. My husband told me today that I will not get it before x-mas because janty has this order protocol that requires that you send an email, they call you back, then you place the order....I'm just sayin'...that's what he said the process was. He said it took them 2 days to call him back and when he asked if he would receive the order by x-mas, they hedged then basically said "well, definitely by Friday you'll get it."

After my great service from thesmokelessshop.com and puresmoker.com, I'm not impressed.

never had that prob before....I placed the order online, made the payment, the received my package in 2-3 days....been that way the last 10-20 times I have ordered from them.

Haven't heard of anyone ordering by phone before....only online. Maybe that is the normal procedure then. Wonder if anyone else has tried this?

I think your husband is confused or something....

He puts in the order, then you get confirmation through email, then you pay through paypal,, and then 2 days later you receive your order.
I've done it many many times.
I never had Jeff call me, or me having to call Jeff.
No one has to call anyone.......

LOL...ok, looked into it further...

So, here's what REALLY happened...

My husband had some type of trouble with the payment...tried to call janty to make the order via phone and it took them 2-3 days to return his call. So, there you have it.

He IS a husband, Bob.
