In my email this afternoon I received an email from V4L that says 20% off Everything. I'm running low on Spearmint Nobacco, so I placed an order for it, some more Dark Chocolate Raspberry Nobacco juice and some more Blank WOW Cartos. I hit the submit button. Within minutes I got an Confirmation email and then minutes later a Shipment Notification email!
