Merry Christmas and congrats on wanting to rid yourself of tobacco!!! I am new here as well and I have learned TONS of useful information. I've quit smoking "analogs" now for 10 days and I just ordered my THIRD different e-cig today!!!

I've tried everything to quit and with these AMAZING little devices, I have no desire to inhale burning plant matter into my lungs. Keep up the research and I'm sure you will find the right set up for you, there are some great vendors that can be found on this forum with good pricing. I had NO idea what any of this "lingo" was when I started a mere 10 days, but I've picked up on it quickly..you will to!

First and formemost: congrats on beginning the transition from traditional cigs! I can't believe vendors are still selling their kits at this price! :-( Agree with all other posters regarding that most of us overpayed for our starters as well. Agree with bornagainst comments - maybe ECF could use the points for a noob sticky?

Welcome, and congrats on deciding to quit the analogs.

Someone already mentioned it but....the Max ultimate menthol from Vapor Bomb is what my wife uses and she smoked Doral menthol light 100's for years. The big thing is don't beat yourself up if you can't completely kick the smokes. If you light one up, don't let it discourage you from the Vaping. Keep at it and you could be smoke free before ya know it.

Congrats and welcome, Bill - you've come to the right place! Take some time and find out what you like and don't like about your new e-cig, do a lot of reading, and ask a lot of questions. If you have problems, I am sure there are many folks here who are familiar with your model, or one similar to it, who can help. I'd suggest buying from the well-regarded suppliers here - there are many to choose from, and you will find lots of reviews of equipment and e-juice. Best of luck on your journey!

I went to vaper bomb and found the Max ultimate menthol . Can you tell me what mix and strentgh your wife uses . I think I'll give it a try .

I do a 50/50 24mg strength, when I don't let myself run out that is...Santa took all my extra money and that's a juice with alot of kick, so I've been dipping into the 100 proof today.

Well I got my safe cig . It makes me cough pretty bad ! I got the menthol 18 mg carts with it .
Any suggestions ?

Try taking slow a drag into your mouth and then inhaling, rather than direct inhaling.
