I've used 20700 wraps on 18650s before in a pinch. Got a little wrinkly, but worked. I have a few dozen extra, and wouldn't mind putting a few in an envelope for ya, so long as you don't mind deadpool....
That depends. The tolerances on some mods are so tight, that the nice thick wraps that 18650batterystore sells are too thick. The "standard" wraps on the vtc5a cells were so thin they barely lasted me a month. I've never tried the "high-end" ODB wraps myself, but I'd imagine they're about the same as a samsung or Molicel OEM wrap, as they've lasted me the longest. The inexpensive amazon ones I have are somewhere in the middle. Not the most durable, but not nearly as bad as sony OEM.

Tell ya what, I decided to order some 21700 sleeves soon since I'm gonna need them anyhow and just try them on my 20700 batts. If they don't shrink properly enough, I'll PM ya my address. I appreciate it!

Agree. Wraps are cheap, though. Why not order 5 or 10 of each size and store them for future use? I have a collection of years old wraps that are still like new for when a cell wrap gets nicked. Shelf life is long.
