So I finally picked up some Aunt Lydia's today, boiled it, and picked out 8 strands to make a wick. Using a Penelope, I'm not getting much vapor or flavor. Does anyone know any youtube video's of using bamboo wick?
Edit: So pulled two strands out and it's a little better but still not getting much flavor. Is it possible that I wrapped the coil too tight and when I put liquid on the bamboo it gets bigger from absorption and is flooding?
