So, I'm aware of the industry wide AW IMR 14500 shortage, but when I ordered some the other day the website stated they WERE in stock, and even when I emailed customer service, they stated that "I got the last ones."
Come to today, I open up the package to find some Tenergy batteries instead. Not only are these not what I ordered, but it's severely disappointing when even customer service tells me that I got the last ones and they were sent out only to get batteries that aren't even the same color, brand or mAh rating. I'm curious how this slips by, when the invoice was marked off and stated "AW IMR 14500" on it.
I won't jump to conclusions and start badmouthing Puresmoker, but I just wanted to put this out there and hopefully clear it all up.
