Wrong juice.

Hey there! I think MV is awesome I got my first package today and they sent me samples! Anyway I ordered strawberry shortcake and they sent me strawberry. Understandable mix up. I really didn't care for strawberry, I left them a ticket and hope I can finally try the shortcake!
Has anybody else had this happen? If so did they make it right? They seem like a sweet company, and I'm in love with their cotton candy and waffle!

Is it just me or do these issues tend to pop up on weekends when no one can handle them? This must really boost the grudgery of mondays at the shop, especially for Hoog.

Monday tends to be our busiest ticket and order day, from being off on the weekends. But we try to get them resolved pretty quickly to make everyone happy :)

I actually hate being closed on the weekends but the wife, kids and chores were all sufering from my 100+ hour work week. It was either take the weekends off or lose everything else. I still work a 16 hour day most every day, except for friday, where it's mojito time at 5 o'clock :) Today is Friday, isn't it?

Hmm well to update I have ordered another hefty supply from Mv and I still haven't received my juice they said they were mailing me( the wrong juice) , they must be busy? Usually the shipping only takes three days. Ite been a while. The ticket I opened says it's resolved, even though I haven't gotten my short cake? It's ok just wondering what happened? Still can't wait for my new shipment coming tomorrow!! Yes!
