I placed an order last week and the shipping was fast, I got it in about 3 days. But I ordered a PCC for the KR808D-1 and they sent me a PCC for the 510. So needless to say I can't take my new e cig out with me. I thought I had a defective battey also but I blew in the atomizer end and that seems to have fixed it. But here is my problem, I have emailed them twice, once last Thursday via thier website and once today via this site, I have called twice and left messages and I also left a message via thier online chat. I haven't got any response. I have dealt with a lot of suppliers here and they always are quick to respond. But here it is 5 days after I recieved my order and no one has helped me. What gives?
