so I tested to OKRT-10 box mod a while back and when I tested the final product it seems really weak. at the highest setting I couldn't notice a differenc between it and my kicked mech at 12 watts. I later discovered that I bought an anti vandal switch rated at only 2A (I bought it because it looked bad ...) however when I took the switch off the box and hooked the Vin wire up directly, my sub-ohm build seemed to provide much more power. If I were to use this switch: Invalid Request would that solve my problems?

for added info, I used this wiring diagram

Fundamentally your switch is in line with the current coming out of the battery, so it has to take the maximum current. Any resistance in the switch (and that's what limits its current rating) will limit the amount of current that can be drawn from the battery.

If you use the On/Off pin, your switch only has to carry 1 milliamp. Connect the switch between pin 1 (currently unconnected) and the middle pin. But it has to be a push-to-break switch, or you need a transistor or something to invert the logic.
