OMG, that's great! I just scared my dogs!! It's been completely quiet in here since the baby went to bed and I burst into laughter and I think I took about 2 years off their lives! HAHAHAHA (poor dogs!)

Hope they didn't wake the baby! Whenever I laugh at something I've read online, my dogs start barking like they want in on the joke LOL

No, thankfully they didn't wake her up. Is that your doggie in your avi?? Soooo cute! What is it?

Thanks! That's one of them. Riley is red heeler/lab mix and Bailey is our blue heeler. They're monsters...sweet monsters, but monsters nonetheless! LOL

What kind do you have?

I have a 13 year old Rat Terrier, Jamie (I've always called her James) and a 4 month old Pit/Chow mix, her name is Stella. :) James gets two insulin shots a day and Stella is giving me fits with potty training, but I love them both very much. :) We also have 8 cats and two rats. Toss in a 2 year old human...never a dull moment! (I need a vacation, please)

Awwwww that's awesome! That sounds like our house, minus the baby human LOL. We have 12 indoor cats (all rescues), 2 pups under the age of 1, and about 20 feral cats that we care for and who currently use our heated garage as a ..... flop house :D

I used to have a teacup poodle named Tetley. When I went to work, I would drop her off at my grammy's so she wouldn't be alone and pick her up when I got off of work. Well, they got so attached that my grammy decided that I should drop her off on Monday and pick her up Friday after work...after all, she explained, Tetley didn't like getting shuttled around like that LOL. Then, I found out that I was getting transferred to Missouri for my job. I sat my grammy down and explained to her, through tears, that I was moving to Kansas City. She got tears in her eyes, looked at Tetley and then looked back at me, and said "Tetley and I are going to miss you." LOLOLOL

I know what ya mean about a vacation...Blaize and I just started a business and we've been going nonstop in the last year. Add the big blizzard we just had and the -10 degree temps and I'm ready for an island!

No way am I doing that for Blaize!! I'm way too old for that...bring on the cats and dogs :)

Define "too old". Beth just turned 39 and I'm 42. :)

lol. ya i'm a sucker for orphans :)

OMG, me too! I've lost track of how many kittens I've taken in, bottle fed and found homes for. Obviously I've kept a few too. I have 5 kitties in the house and 3 that live outside. The outside cats each have a dog house with a heated pad in them for the winter. I'm done though...we're a full house now. And no more human babies either. LOL

I'll be 47 in July and Blaize will be 47 in September!

We always intend to find homes for the babies but we get too attached and end up keeping them LOL. We found 2 that were less than a week old and had to bottle feed and potty them. Sadly, we just lost Teddy to feline leukemia 3 weeks ago and are still broken hearted about it. He was only 1.5 years old. I'm too afraid to get Sassy (my sugar boogar) checked because I'll be devastated if something happens to her. I found her when her eyes weren't open yet and she thinks that I'm her real mama. :)

She was only 5 months old and "too rambunctious for their family" She's the sweetest pup...and Bailey wouldn't know what to do without her. We're training them to work in our business. They go to puppy school every Sunday lol
