As I understand it, Health Canada doesn't allow you to sell the devices AND liquid with nicotine in it. Which is why HappyVaper does the same thing, devices, but no nic juices. So Electroniz-Cigz probably got busted, or got more worried about being busted.
You are safe to sell only one or the other.
I don't believe that statement to be accurate. The sale of hardware is OK but not the controlled substance. (nic)
In my conversations with Jack I believe Jack received the req'd permission to sell personal vaporisers, and hence why he will never carry nic. OTOH it goes to show that HC suffers from sphincter asphyxiation wrt e-cigs are bad for U, if the sale of vaporisers are permitted. The political stance has nothing to do with either however.
If I didn't have a financial interest in this, and was an impartial consumer, I might be burning mad that the government is taking away my choice to vape.
I would write to my MP and make them aware of the product and what it has done for me, and what taking away my access to it will mean. It would let them and others know it’s the position of this government agency that one can purchase a product, cigarette, which WILL kill you, but provides a large amount of revenue form them, while restricting alternatives.
Letters to the editor of your local paper, blog entries ect would go a long way.

I can't speak for Sean, but I can tell you for a fact the letter I mentioned is out there. All of us know sales of nicotine juice are higher than non, so its clear it is not a financially motivated decision.
It is also unlikely that someone who is possibly under the microscope will speak on the matter.
What really should matter to you is not Sean, its not me, its YOU. If HC and the FDA keep going in this direction, any supplier has enough contacts to go underground selling bottles for $100 each to those who would like to see their kids and grandkids grow up. Probably would make the same, while saving the late nights packing and keeping books.
I assure you your choice to vape is under attack, by those guided by a motivation other than your best interest, who's self centered and ignorant interests are to set you back to killing yourself with cancer sticks.
Companies that have stood up for the cause, like Smokeing Everywhere in the US have been bleed dry fighting government agencies with unlimited resources. Don't expect any suppliers/retailers to fight the fight, we lack unlimited resources.
React now. Public opinion and are desire to not die of cancer are our only weapons. Waiting for proof of what you already know will be too late.

I just recieved an order yesterday and now 0 nic only it is unbelievable. Has anyone talked to Sean to find out what is going on?
Fire off an email to your MP. Tell them what vaping has done for you, and you expect their support.
Then when you get the silly "its not proven/approved / I know what is best for you blaa blaa blaa" response, which offends any and all common sense when comparing vaping to smoking, post it here. Use the enemy's words against them to get the ball rolling.
To clarify "other" I don't know for fact there is a letter in this case, I don't have any 1st hand knowledge. I do think it is safe to assume.
Fact is other suppliers have received the letter, I had a copy of the letter as sent to another supplier this year, and spoke with another who said they had received it.
It seems HC is working like PayPal did. As they find the suppliers, they take action.
Wow, that stanks! I actually drove out to meet Sean a few weeks ago to get some juice, he didn't mention anything of the sort. Too bad, that Crystal PRO liquid he had was the best quality juice I've had in a long long time.
Yeah - we need to get word from him. I never ordered from him before, but we're all in this thing together. Every Canadian supplier matters!
I emailed him and this is what he said "We are in the midst of splitting sites. We will have a crystal liquid site up and running in the next month with nicotine (shipping from the States).Regards,Sean"

I'd say that does explain it. HC can't stop a site hosted in the US, with a US bank account from shipping into Canada, and would have no authority to request information about any party to that business.
Where there is a will there is a way. HC will never stop this, if it comes to the point of where you have to buy e-juice from your local dealer in the shady part of town. I don't think any of us want it to go that way, so I again encourage everyone to make their voice heard to their MP on this issue. This is the tip of the iceberg we are seeing, and the worst is yet to come. Please get pro-active on this.
I feel for Shawn, and it hurts me to watch a businessman who has worked as hard as he has been taken down by bumbling politically motivated ....... I wish him the best and for whatever plans he has to fall into place smoothly and quickly.
For those that have met Shawn in person, I hope they will continue to do so to get their supplies, possibly in that situation they might get everything they are looking for.
